Lasagna is one of those dishes that everyone loves….Pasta, Meat, Cheese and Tomato Sauce: Always a winning combination. For those who love vegetables like I do, substituting zucchini for pasta noodles is never a bad idea.
Dining
Honey-Teriyaki Glazed Salmon
One of my favorite things to cook is Salmon. You can prepare salmon with practically any flavor of sauce or seasoning and it tastes great! Salmon can be prepared on the grill or in the oven so feel free to cook my recipe however you want!
Honey-Soy Vegetables
I love vegetables. Although they taste great on their own, it’s always good to enhance the flavors by adding a sauce.
Ruby’s Ring Of Fire
As you probably can see by now, buffalo sauce is one of my favorite things to eat… Wings, dip, burgers, fries,…you name it and I would probably eat it if it came with buffalo sauce. This recipe is no exception!
5-Cheese Mac
I’m not going to lie, I have never made macaroni and cheese from scratch until I spent this last Thanksgiving with a couple of my girlfriends and my life was changed forever.
Nutella® S’mores Monkey Bread
I don’t know whether to call Monkey Bread breakfast or dessert, but I do remember looking forward to eating it at sleepovers growing up! It is definitely a treat that is big enough to be shared with the whole family or your coworkers.
Buffalo Chicken Dip
I first experienced this sinfully delicious dish about two years ago when my friend made it for a football party. I was hooked from day one. I’m going to go ahead and warn you that whoever you make this for will probably eat the entire bowl and will want to make it on their own. It’s THAT good.
BBQ Loaded Baked Potato Roses
Presentation is everything when it comes to food, whether it’s in a restaurant or at home. If it is appealing to the eye, you’re more likely to try it.
Oven Roasted Steak
Traditionally, I’ve always thought that making a steak at home meant that you had to use the grill. I would marinate and season my steaks, place them on the heated grill, and pray that the inside would be cooked enough before the entire steak caught on fire and looked like burnt charcoal (I need to clean my grill).
Teppanyaki Vegetables
Who doesn’t love going to a Japanese-style Teppanyaki restaurant where the cook prepares the food right in front of you? One of my favorite dishes that they prepare is the Teppanyaki Vegetables! So delicious and easy to make right at home when you might not have enough time to go to one of these “by reservation” restaurants. This side pairs well with practically any kind of meat or fish! I love making more of this than I will eat in one sitting because it is delicious as leftovers and perfect for meal prepping.
