When the tag line of an event is “Rock out with your Guac out,” you know it’s about to be one hell of a time!
From the founders of the infamous Arizona Taco Festival comes ROCK the GUAC: An event that pits Top Chefs from all over the Phoenix Valley against each other in a battle to create the best Guacamole for all attendees to enjoy. The best part? ROCK the GUAC lands on National Guacamole Day and Mexican Independence Day! I can’t think of a better way to celebrate than stuffing your face with over 20 different varieties of Guacamole!
In Arizona, guacamole is considered one of the main food groups alongside tacos. ROCK the GUAC serves as a great preview to the giant Arizona Taco Festival that takes place on October 15th and 16th this year at Salt River Fields. It should be interesting to see what secret ingredients these chefs use to spice up this already delicious and celebrated dish!
