Summer is here and the only thing on everyone’s mind is the pool and cook outs! Nothing comes to mind like a salad when you want to keep your body in shape for summer.
This salad is one of my favorites for summertime. It only takes four ingredients to make and it never gets old! Perfect for every day and a great dish to bring to your next summer cookout!
Watermelon, seedless or seeded
- Place arugula in a bowl.
- Chop up watermelon into bite-sized cubes. Spread a few pieces over arugula.
- Top with feta cheese and balsamic glaze.
